Who operates Cunchy

Keluni Ernesto, operating as Cunchy, is the operator and data controller based in England. Cunchy is a brand and is not currently a registered company. Privacy enquiries: kelunipaz100@gmail.com.

Documents and application details

Uploaded CVs and cover letters are stored locally on the machine running the application backend. Extracted text and profile details are stored in the database. The normal upload and extraction flow processes documents locally on the backend and does not send them to OpenAI. This standalone marketing website does not provide document uploads.

Planned hosting and backups

Azure hosting is planned. The deployment example specifies UK South, but no deployment or storage region has been verified. Private Azure Blob Storage is supported when configured; preparing those files has not moved your documents.

The infrastructure templates specify seven-day PostgreSQL backup retention and seven-day Blob soft deletion. These are planned settings, not active or verified retention guarantees. Backup retention and soft deletion are distinct from deleting live account data; actual deletion and recovery arrangements must be verified before launch.

Session cookies and local browser storage

The application uses session cookies for authentication. Career review drafts use browser local storage. The Chrome extension stores its connection URL and token locally. Removing an account must account for these copies and revoke access; clearing your browser or extension storage is separate from deleting records on the backend.

Analytics on this marketing website

No analytics integration or marketing-tracking scripts were found in the current marketing website source. This is a source-level check, not a guarantee about future hosting logs or scripts added at deployment. The supplied application inventory also reports no analytics integration. Deployed behaviour must be checked before launch.

Optional integrations

The normal upload and extraction flow does not automatically send documents to OpenAI. Optional OpenAI endpoints exist in the application code; their enabled status, data handling and any user-facing controls must be verified and disclosed before such features are offered. No claim is made that every possible application endpoint is local-only.

Configured job searches use Adzuna. The exact search information shared and applicable provider/privacy arrangements must be documented before launch. Do not assume uploaded documents are sent to the job-search provider.

Cancellation is different from account deletion

Cancelling automatic renewal or reaching the end of paid access does not delete your account. Saved documents and profile details remain available under this policy while your account remains open. Paid autofill and document attachment stop when paid access expires.

Account deletion

Our policy for launch is to delete your uploaded CVs and cover letters, extracted document text and saved profile details as soon as you delete your account. We will not keep this application data for a possible return or account reactivation.

Individual document deletion exists in the application, but complete account deletion and a defined deletion timetable are not implemented. The immediate account-deletion policy above is a launch requirement, not current functionality. Backend implementation, browser/extension copies, and backup-deletion timing must be resolved before launch. Immediate removal from backups is not currently promised.

Any payment or other records that must be retained separately to meet an applicable legal obligation must be identified, justified and given a documented retention period before launch. This is not permission to retain CVs, cover letters or profiles indefinitely.

Information still required before launch

The planned deployment is Azure UK South, with seven-day PostgreSQL backup retention and seven-day Blob soft deletion. These deployment details are documented; actual activation and behaviour have not been verified. Before launch, finalise lawful bases, applicable contact disclosures, sharing and transfers, implemented account deletion and retention, security arrangements, and deployed cookie/analytics behaviour. No unverified deployment or deletion functionality is claimed.

Your privacy rights and requests

Depending on applicable law and the processing involved, you may have rights to access or correct your personal data, request erasure or restriction, object to processing, receive portable data, or withdraw consent where processing relies on consent. Rights may have exceptions. Contact kelunipaz100@gmail.com to make a request. You may also complain to your relevant data-protection authority; UK users can contact the Information Commissioner's Office.

Application forms and employers

When you choose to autofill a supported application or attach a saved document, review the information and the destination before submitting. The employer or recruitment platform has its own privacy policy governing information it receives.

Payments and account records

Checkout is disabled. If a future purchase is processed through Paddle, its handling of payment and buyer information is described in the Paddle Privacy Policy. That policy does not replace Cunchy's obligations for CVs, profiles or application data. Before payments launch, the actual payment integration and information exchanged must be documented here.
